Overview

Works overnight in hotels and other lodging establishments, performing front desk and accounting duties. Takes care of the reservation process, performs check-in for guests and prepares the bill for the customers before checkout time. Ensures all accounts are collected and that guests vacate their rooms at the appropriate check-out time.

  • Reconcile guest accounts
