Overview

Provide high-level secretarial and administrative assistance to senior executives and managers.
They work in high-pressure environments and can be required to provide a diverse range of administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the CEO/Manager (direct report) updated on information acquired
  • Answer calls and liaise with clients
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of CEO/manager
  • Plan and organise meetings, assist colleagues
  • Organise travel and prepare complex travel itineraries
  • Formulate reports and presentations
  • Track, collate and analyse expenses and receipts for CEO/manager
  • Manage and review filing, office systems and projects
  • Ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner
