Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the CEO/Manager (direct report) updated on information acquired
- Answer calls and
liaise with clients - Prepare correspondence on behalf of CEO/manager
- Plan and organise meetings, assist colleagues
- Organise travel and prepare complex travel itineraries
- Formulate reports and presentations
Track , collate and analyse expenses and receipts for CEO/manager- Manage and review filing, office systems and projects
- Ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner
