Is involved with the process of creating beer. Selects and checks the malted barley or grain for the beer preparation, checks the fermentation rate, and monitors the pH values
and temperature throughout the brewing process to ensure the quality of the beer. Operates, cleans and sterilizes machines, brew tanks and equipment used for the process.
