Ground Handler
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Handle baggage and freight
- In some cases, use material handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors belts and freight delivery vehicles
- Fill out paperwork associated with their cargo
- Keep records of what has been loaded and unloaded
- Ensure customer safety
- Assist with fuelling planes
- Keeping the plane clean, both exterior and interior
- Follow safety and security procedures
